TERMS & CONDITIONS

1️⃣ Definitions

  • “WWE Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Worldwide Wellness Escape Ltd, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.

  • “User” or “Client” refers to any person or entity accessing or using our services, whether B2C or B2B.

  • “Platform” refers to our website, booking tools, CMS, and related systems.

  • “Services” refer to travel packages, SaaS solutions, or any travel-related arrangements provided through our platform.

2️⃣ Scope of Services

WWE Travel acts as:

  • A Travel Service Provider for Cyprus-based arrangements (hotels, transfers, excursions).

  • A Technology Provider for B2B clients (websites, SaaS platforms, channel integrations).

  • A Reseller / Aggregator for third-party services (hotels, tours, packages).

  • All travel products are offered subject to availability and partner confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product or service at any time.

3️⃣ Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made directly via our website, our tourist agency, authorized agents, or B2B platform.

  • All bookings are confirmed only after:

    • Full or partial payment is received, and

    • A written confirmation (email or PDF invoice) is issued.

  • The client is responsible for verifying all booking details before final confirmation.

4️⃣ Payments & Invoicing

  • Payments may be made via Stripe, PayPal, direcly, or direct bank transfer.

  • Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoices are issued electronically.

Any applicable fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

5️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary per service and supplier.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–30 days of approval.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Administrative fees may apply.

6️⃣ Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure possession of valid passports, visas, insurance, and required documentation.

  • WWE Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, visa issues, or travel interruptions caused by the client’s negligence.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

WWE Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel providers (hotels, DMCs, transfer companies).
We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties,

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by suppliers,

  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.),

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on this website (design, text, images, logos, and software) is owned or licensed by WWE Travel.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

9️⃣ Platform Use (SaaS Clients)

B2B partners using our SaaS platform agree to:

Use the system lawfully and ethically.

  • Not duplicate or resell the platform without written consent.

  • Maintain accurate business information and pricing.

  • WWE Travel may suspend access in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of terms.

🔟 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved before the District Court of Nicosia.
