1. Company Identity & Business Model

Worldwide Wellness Escapes Ltd operates the brand WWE Travel CY and provides the following travel-related services:

Hotel booking facilitation — acting as an intermediary between clients and independently operated hotels in Cyprus and internationally
Holiday home rentals — listing and booking coordination for apartments, villas, and resort complexes in Cyprus
Airport transfer booking — coordination with third-party licensed transport providers
Day tours and excursions — booking facilitation for licensed tour operators
Holiday packages — combined travel products as defined under EU Directive 2015/2302 (Package Travel Directive), where applicable
B2B travel services — wholesale and technology services for travel trade partners

Worldwide Wellness Escapes Ltd is registered with the Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) as a licensed travel agency. Our CTO licence number is: 7732

1.1 Intermediary Role

Except where we act as the organiser of a package travel contract under EU Directive 2015/2302 (as transposed into Cyprus law), WWE Travel CY acts as an intermediary. In this capacity:

We facilitate bookings between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, property owners, transport operators, tour operators)
The contract for the underlying service (accommodation, transport, excursion) is between you and the relevant third-party provider
We are not a party to that underlying contract and do not take on the provider's obligations under it

Important: Where we arrange combinations of travel services that constitute a 'Package' or 'Linked Travel Arrangement' under EU Directive 2015/2302, we accept full organiser liability as required by that Directive and Cyprus law. Our Terms & Conditions specify when a booking constitutes a Package.

2. Accuracy of Information & Website Content

We take reasonable care to ensure that all information published on our website and digital platforms is accurate, complete, and up to date at the time of publication. However, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy at all times, because:

Hotel and property information (descriptions, amenities, photos, star ratings) is supplied by or on behalf of third-party providers, and reflects their own descriptions
Prices are indicative and subject to availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, and supplier-side changes
Availability information is updated regularly but real-time availability cannot be guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing by us
Local conditions, entry requirements, visa regulations, health advisories, and travel restrictions may change without notice and are beyond our control

Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information on our website for any particular purpose.

2.1 Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and are indicative. A price is only confirmed when you receive a written booking confirmation from WWE Travel CY. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to the issuance of a confirmation. Where a price error is identified after confirmation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

2.2 Third-Party Supplier Information

Property descriptions, star ratings, facility listings, and photographs are provided by or on behalf of the relevant hotels, property owners, and operators. WWE Travel CY does not independently verify every claim made by a supplier and accepts no liability for inaccuracies in supplier-provided content. 3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Cyprus and EU law, including the Consumer Protection Law 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021) and EU Directive 2015/2302, WWE Travel CY's liability is limited as set out below.

3.1 Website Use

WWE Travel CY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, our website or any content on it
Any errors or omissions in website content
Interruptions, delays, or failures in website availability or performance
Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
Any third-party content or links accessible through our website

3.2 Travel Services — Intermediary Bookings

Where we act as an intermediary (not as a package organiser), WWE Travel CY is not liable for:

Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, excursion operators, property owners)
Changes, cancellations, or quality issues caused by or attributable to the service provider
Force majeure events including, but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemic or public health emergencies, war or civil unrest, strikes, government action, or regulatory changes
Events or conditions at the destination that are beyond the reasonable control of WWE Travel CY or its suppliers

3.3 Package Travel — EU Directive 2015/2302

Where a booking constitutes a 'Package' under EU Directive 2015/2302 (transposed in Cyprus by [relevant Cyprus implementing law]), WWE Travel CY accepts full organiser liability for the proper performance of the package. This means:

We are liable if any of the travel services included in the package are not performed or are performed defectively
You have the right to an appropriate price reduction and/or compensation for damages in such circumstances
In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at your destination, you may terminate the contract without penalty and receive a full refund
If you cannot return home due to extraordinary circumstances, we will arrange accommodation for up to three nights where the Directive requires it

Your rights under EU Directive 2015/2302 cannot be waived. Any clause in any agreement that purports to exclude or restrict these rights is void to that extent.

3.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Save in respect of death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single booking or transaction shall not exceed the total price paid by you to WWE Travel CY for that booking.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our hotel and property partners, transport providers, tour operators, and other service providers. These links are provided for your convenience only.

WWE Travel CY does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms, or accuracy of any third-party website
Following a link to a third-party website is done entirely at your own risk
The inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of that website or any association with its operators

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and digital platforms — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, logos, brand identifiers, icons, graphic design, layout, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of Worldwide Wellness Escapes Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by:
